‘I visited one of Northampton’s newest eateries and it’s changing the game in the hospitality industry’

Last week I had the pleasure of visiting one of Northampton’s newest eateries and, in my view, it’s already contributing to the exciting evolution of our town’s food and drink scene. Yellow Bus Catering is an events company with a twist. With a fleet of three converted American school buses that can be hired for any occasion, this in itself was already an innovative concept.

50 years of Favell: ‘I grew up visiting the shopping centre and it holds a special place in people’s memories’

Having grown up visiting Weston Favell Shopping Centre, covering the upcoming 50th anniversary celebrations has highlighted that it holds a special place in many people’s memories. Though I may not have even visited for half the time the centre has been open in Northampton, I have still seen many notable and positive changes over the past two decades.

‘I went to the Female Founders Summit 2024 and everyone can learn from the Lucienne Coaching team’

It has been more than a week since the Female Founders Summit rounded off in Northampton, and many attendees are still processing the amazing time they had. The two-day event epitomised the importance of women supporting women, and it was a push towards much-needed equality in the business world – which the organisers will continue to strive for.

‘I went to Northampton’s hottest street food pop-up for the first time – is it worth the hype?’

We booked for the first slot and arrived as it first opened at midday. As we peered over the walls around The County Cricket Ground to get a sneak peek into what was to come, we were surprised to see many people already making their way in. When you arrive as an event opens, you always expect to be the first there – but it was nice to see many others were just as eager to get their hands on some delicious street food.

WATCH: Review of Mamma Mia evening with leading ABBA tribute at The Church Northampton

Upon arrival at 7pm on Saturday evening (August 13), guests were greeted with a glass of prosecco and were left to mingle in the traditional bar area – and there was a lot of admiring of other people’s Mamma Mia inspired outfits going on.
